Our key customers currently, are major multiple retailers with significant private labels. Satisfying these demands calls for continuous assessment of consumer needs and responding quickly and appropriately to changing consumer demand.

Our aspirations for Quiches, Tarts, Flans and related chilled savoury pastries lie beyond retail grocery, as we look to new channels of distribution. For example, our innovatory Snack formats are more suited to the Impulse sector and the huge demand for food that is "Eat me Now".

The successful re-launch of the Farmhouse Brand in 2008 will be followed with further additions to this growing retail range. Also, 2009 will see Riverside Bakery pursuing and developing new opportunities and products for the strategically important Food Service sector.
